We are looking for energetic, dynamic accountant to join our ever growing family. An ideal candidate would have experience in the field of accounting, tax reporting and great interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Reconciliation and equalisation of journal entries, ledger and bank statements
• Prepare tax documents
• Large data verification and reconciliation between Excel and Accounting Software
• Compile and analyse financial statements
• Journal entries
• Data entry to excel and accounting software
• Data matching
• Calculating and Verifying Tax
• Review journal entries in accounting software
• Review invoices and payments
• Book reports (Profit and Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow)

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• At least 3 years experience in the field of accounting
• Ability to interpret and analyze financial statements and periodicals
• Fluency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
• Preferable skill in Jurnal accounting software

Job Description

Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab

• Membuat dan menyusun jurnal transaksi akuntansi.
• Melakukan administrasi terkait dokumen akuntansi.
• Menyusun dokumen perpajakan.
• Membuat pembuatan SPT Masa dan Tahunan Perusahaan.
• Memverifikasi data yang diterima dengan data yang ada di lapangan.

Persyaratan :

• Usia maksimal 28 tahun.
• Pengalaman minimal 1 tahun dalam bidang accounting.
• Pendidikan minimal SMA/sederajat (jurusan Ekonomi / Management / Accounting diutamakan).
• Menguasai Microsoft Office dan Software Akuntansi (MYOB, Accurate).
• Dapat membuat jurnal dan menghitung PPH21, PPH25, PPN.
• Jujur, cekatan,teliti, rapi, bertanggung jawab dan disiplin serta mau mempelajari hal-hal baru.
• Mampu berbahasa Mandarin / Hokkian / Khek dan Inggris akan Diutamakan.
• Bersedia dinas ke luar kota.
• Penempatan di daerah Kapuk, Jakarta Utara.

2. Proses Pembayaran
3. Jurnal Akuntansi

Responsibilities

1. Proses rekonsiliasi data pelanggan untuk pembuatan invoice
2. Rekonsiliasi pembayaran dari customer dengan rekening koran
3. Melakukan pemeriksaan dan verifikasi proses pembayaran sesuai SOP
4. Melakukan jurnal atas transaksi harian
5. Melakukan proses pembayaran baik online maupun offline
6. Berkoordinasi dengan Accounting dan Tax Staff untuk kebutuhan pembuatan laporan 
7. Administrasi Petty Cash
8. Pekerjaan ad-hoc lainnya
