ABSTRACT
The objective of this study is to evaluate the strength of Human Resource Strategy dimension and technology transfer strategy effects upon company’s performance achievement. The study was carried out toward 49 large textile industries companies at Bandung Municipality, by using survey method in, in the period July 1st 1999 to December 31st 1999. Data consisted of primary and secondary data to tracing the rate of: (a) Human resource strategy dimension which consist of ; developing capabilities, managing performance and managing the human resource function upon technology transfer strategy, (b) Human resource strategy dimension which consist of; developing capabilities, managing performance and managing the human resource function upon company’s performance achievement and (c) technology transfer strategy upon company’s performance achievement partially. The primary data have been collected by questionnaire. Where as the secondary one have been obtained through by documentation study. The data have been analyzed by path analysis method. The results of this study revealed that human resources and technology transfer strategy dimension significantly effects upon company’s performance achievement as 69,85%; each 56,46% and 13,39% with level of significance 95% (a = 0,05). It seems that human resources and technology transfer strategy dimension act as important determinant of company’s performance achievement especially in balanced scorecard approach.
