The increasing importance of small businesses in driving economic growth has brought attention to factors that influence their competitiveness. Among these factors, organizational agility and competitive action play critical roles in achieving a sustainable competitive advantage. In Banten Province, Indonesia, the role of women entrepreneurs in small businesses has been steadily growing, yet there is limited research on the effects of organizational agility and competitive action specifically in this context. This study aims to fill this gap by examining how organizational agility and competitive action impact the competitive advantage of small businesses managed by women entrepreneurs in the region.

Organizational agility, defined as the ability of a business to respond quickly and effectively to changes and opportunities in the market, and competitive action, which involves proactive strategies such as innovation, marketing efforts, and pricing adjustments, are essential in navigating competitive environments.
